New BalanceMen's Fresh Foam X 1080 V14

Seems I keep bouncing back and forth between the NB 1080 series and the ASICS Men's Gel-Kayanos as each team tries to reinvent the wheel with each new model.This year the ASICS Gel-Kayano 31s were terrible (for me) so back to the 1080s. Wow! Love this one! Fits great, well-made, and not unimportantly they look great (I wear mine everywhere).This new model runs at least 1/2 size small, so take that into account. The shoe is stable, and the sole is quite cushiony and even a bit ‘spongy.’ Took a little getting used to, but now they’re great. I’ll likely buy a safety pair soon to insure against the inevitable new model which will probably toss out everything I like about this pair … sigh.

The good: Extremely comfortable, great for jogging, good quality, the fit and size are similar to other new balance shoes, breathability good. I enjoy jogging in these shoes and run longer distancesCons: the comfort comes from the softness of the sole which sacrifices stability. Be careful making sharp turns or standing on your heels. I weigh 190, ~6 feet tall.For me the benefits outweigh the disadvantages. I would buy the shoes again.I have only run 25 miles. No data on wear and tear

Very comfortable. The curved heel almost "pushes" you when walking.Quality - NiceFunction - Does the jobStyle - Good I guess but I rarely care what other people think.Weight - Light and breezy.

The most comfortable running shoes ever! I'm 57 and run about 5-7 miles a day. For my old knees the right shoes make world of deference. I tried deferent shoes mostly the known brands at about the same price range upwards of 300. None compare to these shoes. I run pain free and love every step I take in them. They fit half a size too small so I had to go a half size larger. I highly recommend them.

The shoes are super comfortable, unfortunately there is a popping sound with every step. It seems the design tread makes a suction to the floor. Pretty annoying.

One of the best New Balance shoes that I have ever bought! True to size. Excellent product! Excellent support on your feet! Truly a great investment! Well worth the money! I recommend this New Balance 1080 sneaker to individuals that are looking for exceptional support and balance for your feet while walking, jogging or running. For those individuals with wide feet this is definitely the shoe for you!

While the shoe helps my knees greatly. They started falling apart at 3 months. Was told I would get a refund so I ordered another pair to give them a second chance because they helped. Didn't get a full refund as it was outside of the return window. A $176 pair of shoes should last more than 3 months.

Fit perfectly, feel great, and look good!I am a long-term NB loyalist, as my arches are flat - and I have looked hard, and have never found a better fit than their X-Wide (4E) shoes. They are perfect.
