I first tried OHTA’S ISAN about 10 years ago during a trip to Japan when I had really bad stomach pain after a long day of eating and walking. A local shop owner recommended it to me, and I still remember how fast it worked — within moments the discomfort was gone. Since then I’ve been hooked, but it was always hard to find back home, so I was honestly so happy to see it available here. Now I keep a few packets in my bag for those days when I overeat or get acid reflux from coffee or late-night meals. It works quickly and I don’t need to keep taking more throughout the day. The powder has a strong herbal, slightly salty taste, but I’m used to it and the relief is totally worth it. If I could suggest one thing, it would be a bigger pack for frequent users like me. Overall, this is still my most trusted stomach remedy after all these years — five stars without hesitation.
