I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis and heel spur pain for over a year, and these ONCAI sandals have been a total lifesaver.I was skeptical at first, but they provide incredible cushion and arch support that immediately relieves foot stress. I love them so much that I have already purchased three pairs—one to wear around the house, one for general everyday wear, and one for going out.With these sandals, I can finally go grocery shopping, handle long periods of standing, and take extended walks without that constant aching pain. Love these sandals, they fit good arch support is great makes my feet fell so much better than other ones with arch support and the quality is very good, good enough so I’m going to buy another pair.

These shoes are awesome!!! Fit is perfect. Feels like I am walking on a cloud. Good arch support and heel support. Ever so slight rocking but not overwhelming. I am a cancer patient and bought these to replace my Birkenstocks which are now too big and the base is wearing out leaving splinters. These shoes are great replacement. I am trying to increase my walking and these are now my go-to’s. I have plantar fachiitis and these feel wonderful!!

Edit-it was the heat. I was in extreme heat conditions in July (118 heat index) so thinking any shoe wasn’t going to cut it lol. Have been wearing them since and super comfortable and no more blisters. Granted I am not wearing them for long distances either. But great for the price when compared to Fit Flops. I have two pairs of Fit Flops and they are great just pricey so I was trying to find an alternative and these were it!Really great at first. I have a couple pairs of Fitflops and really like them for support for plantar facetious. I read reviews for these and excited to try them. I went with size 7 usually wear 7.5 but usually size down with sandals knowing they might stretch out. Size great, like the look and feel very comfortable. I have been wearing them the past 2 weeks with no issues. However yesterday I wore them (probably the longest I have worn them) and my arches felt weird. So when I took them off had two quarter size blisters on both arches in same spot??? Not even really sure how it happened. Maybe combo of walking and heat but really did not walk that much. So not sure if already “wearing” out because I did not have issues the past several times I wore them. I will try again and update if it was just a weird one off. I really wanted them to work. And it may just possibly be that not a good fit for my feet.

I was looking for a flip flop that was considered more of a "recovery" flip flop in that I can not wear ones that are too low or flat. I gave these a try and I have overall been satisfied. They do feel very cushioned--I've used the Hoka Brand flip flops and these share some similarities -- the cushioning is similar. On these shoes, the piece that goes between your toes is like a cotton ribbon. It is comfortable. The part that goes over you foot is like a synthetic pleather and the inside is a synthetic fabric. Overall very comfortable. The sole that your foot sits on has pattern that you can feel if you are overly sensitive. I've worn them all and have no complaints. I tried true to size and a size up and they are very similar. If you have a very wide foot, I can see where your toes might want to slide off to the side.
