The garlic summer sausage was the best. The pit smoke sausage we didn't care for. The texture was more finely ground, like a bologna. Would definitely order the garlic sausage again

I got these as a gift for someone and I was intending on putting into gift packaging before giving it to my recipient, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was already beautifully packaged in a lovely kraft box with the brands logo on the front and inside the sausages were beautifully arranged amid a dark green crinkle paper. All it needed was a bow which I popped on and it was ready to go! My recipient was thrilled! I will certainly be purchasing more for gifts in the future!

Not outstanding. But good. A little fine grind for my tastes. A bit fatty/greasy which happens when the grind is so fine. Decent flavor and aroma.

got what i ordered. they could add more flavor and less fat!!liked the sausage ok but they charge top shelf prices and as it stands it is not deserved.

We buy this product repeatedly. Great flavor and texture.

Received my order and was anxious to try one of the chubs of summer sausage. The meat itself, has little to no flavor, other than what is injected. The outer edge of the meat is quite tough, requiring some effort to chew it. I made the mistake of thinking the higher price might indicate a higher quality product. Six slices of it & I'm already not looking forward to sampling the remaining chubs.

Summer sausage was as expected. Good product. Only tried one so far but other two should be just as good.
