The product is good but it stopped working in 1.5 years so I had to get a new one. But the working is good.

I have used many milk frothers before ,affordable ones but this brand has really surprised me with the speed and the quality of froth it produces, absolutely amazing. Will re-purchase if needed.

The Nova Rechargeable Milk Frother stopped working after just two months, despite being used only 4–5 times. This clearly reflects very poor product quality and durability. The product packaging stated a 1-year warranty, . However, when the product failed, the warranty was not honored in any practical way. Instead of providing a proper solution, the seller asked me to return the item to India by courier at my own expense, which is unreasonable and not in line with Amazon UAE policies. There was no proper follow-up, no replacement dispatched, and no tracking details provided despite multiple requests. The process was repeatedly delayed with vague responses. The issue was only resolved after escalation through Amazon UAE, who processed a refund. The product was sold with a 1-year warranty ( (box received says 2-year warranty), but in practice the warranty was not honored. Overall, poor product quality and unsatisfactory after-sales support. I would not recommend this seller.

Great wee thing it lost a star because you cant register the warranty unless you download WhatsApp also you cant get free e-recipe book unless you have whatsapp.
