This was uncomfortable and offered no chest support.

Thong uncomfortable
I’m 5’4”, 155. I ordered the medium as other reviews suggested sizing down for the thong. I feel like the size was correct but the thong part is not comfortable at all. It rides up just standing still. I would say there are probably shapewear with better compression but these aren’t awful. The bra is not supportive and it’s likely nipple covers could be necessary.

Size down for tighter fit
It was not as tight as I wanted it to be, maybe I’ll size down next time. The bra is not padded, maybe I missed that in the description.

It smoothes you out. But you still need to stay flexed. See pics. Pic overload because it’s what I wish I could have seen before buying. I got wrong size(S/M), but keeping and buying right size (M/L) I am 5’7, 185lbs 30%BF. I am on my period/ bloated so the BEST time to show shape-wear. Posting what I want to see when I buy Shapewear. Background blurred- I am not edited. I have had two babies- working on getting BF% down- but the belly will still show that I did it- I grew two big boys. and I am okay with that 🥰 *daily mantra* i love my body because it grows and changes like me** it is proof i have lived life and have/ am succeeded.

Not awful but not great.
I’m not sure how I feel about this product. It’s tight but I don’t feel it does much tummy control. The bottom strap is comfortable but moves easy so I think that’s why the tummy control is lacking. The shareware does not stay in place.
