Worked great for a little while
I had high hopes for a big name brand, and initial performance was great. Having a Napoleon grill meant the scraper was sized exactly right for the bars.However after a few months of ownership I went to use it and the bristles just came out in handfuls. Many holes in my hand later I had cleaned up everything. Nightmare!Replaced it with a Weber version that has outperformed this product do far

Does the job but the sharp scraper can scratch the bbq if you're not careful
Annoyingly, the scraper will scratch the bbq when you use the brush near the edges of the grate. So I think I'm going to unscrew the scraper bit and put it on a separate piece of wood so I can get close to the edge of the grates without scratching my bbq.
