Alaskan Colossal Red King Crab Legs: 10 LBS- Overnight Shipping Monday-Thursday

We have served crab for a Christmas meal to our family for many years. I have purchased a 10 lb. box at Costco for at least the last 7 years. Was sad to see that they no longer offered the product. I researched on line at Amazon and found this shipper. True to the info, it was shipped overnight to Iowa. Arrived completely frozen and with no damaged legs. Steamed it, along with sausage, potatoes and corn on the cob . It was hands down the BEST that we have ever furnished to our family....every one enjoyed a huge leg. Yes, it cost a good deal on dollars, but well worth it !! The company even supplied a coupon for a sizeable discount for the next order. We WILL be ordering more in the future......

If you want the best Alaskan king crab legs, ever!!! You need to reach out to Joe and Lynn at Totally Gourmet.! I waited too long to order my crab legs, but that did not stop Joe from getting them to me on time. He was available by phone and overnighted the crab legs in order for them to make it in time for my daughter’s graduation dinner. I cannot thank him enough. When I received the crab legs there were instructions for cooking them as well as recipes included. I will be keeping these great folks on speed dial!

Been ordering king crab legs for years for the families Christmas dinner tradition. With prices getting higher every year I decided to try these because they were way less expensive than other places I was seeing on line. I was skeptical at this price, but was pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the crab legs. I will be ordering again next year.

We ordered ten pounds of the Alaskan king crab legs (which came in two five-pound bags), to serve at a family birthday celebration dinner for six adults and four young kids, which turned out to be just the right quantity. The kids didn't eat much of it and each adult got at least one large leg and two to three smaller ones. The bags were packed well, in a styrofoam cooler with several bags of dry ice. We froze them for a couple days, then thawed them in the refrigerator for about 24 hours and baked them according to the instructions provided. On the plus side, the largest legs were very large and thick -- meatier than what you usually get in stores and restaurants. However, to me, the texture seemed slightly mushy, and the taste was just okay but extremely salty. Honestly, I've had better and for $500, I expected a little better. I wanted amazing, not above average. But to be fair, maybe when it has to get shipped across the country TWICE (Alaska to Maine and then Maine to California!) that's going to affect the quality.

In one sense the company was awesome by virtue of a hassle free return of funds. The legs came thawed. I live in Hawaii so… Anyway, I snapped a leg open and a bunch of water ran out. On another leg, I snapped it open and this time I measure how much water came out and it came out to 42grams in weight. Normally I wouldn’t care but when they charging 70$ per pound and there are 10-11 legs per 10lb order…. You do the math… And the word Colossal in the discription… not. Sams club has same size at half price. I thought they would be 3 fingers thick.

I love that they shipped overnight like promised, (anniversary dinner) that #2 #1 reason for the love of this company and product was... The legs looked just like there online photos!!! Worth the order in bulk, now I m set for New Year! Oh, and packing was spot on frozen and we sealed to perfection!

Very disappointed in the quality and size of what was sent .Not much for actual legs lots of misc. broken pieces.. I WOULD LOOK AT OTHER OPTIONS GOING FORWARD.
