I’ve purchased this ink four times now for my HP Photosmart 5525 printer and it works amazingly well. Everything prints clearly and the colors look great. Honestly, I don’t see a difference between this ink and the original brand that costs three times more. I work from home and print a lot of documents, sometimes every day or every other day, so having affordable ink that still performs well is very important. This ink lasts a long time and doesn’t run out quickly like some cheaper options do. The price is excellent and you get a lot of ink for the money. Overall, great quality and definitely something I would recommend, especially if you print frequently.

I've been buying Smart Ink cartridges for my HP printer for several years. They've always worked perfectly and are a fraction of the cost of HP cartridges. This time I had an error message pop up on my printer that wouldn't recognize the replaced cartridges. I contacted Smart Ink and they sent new cartridges out the next day. The new cartridges are working perfectly. I can not recommend this company enough for their excellent customer service and for saving me big $$$.

Worked just fine! No problems with leaks, drips or spots on the paper. My printer asks if this is an genuine HP cartridge, I just close the dialog box and everything work normally. Very satisfied, I would/will buy them again!

They work well but this doesn’t include the skinnier black photo cartridge so I have to order that separately now.

Ton of ink for. Low price. Even printing randim photo for fun and repairing so.e old damaged photos by scanning md repairing a reprinting I have been trying to knock a dent in this and still have all the first set of the many cartridges received in this package and they re still basically full. The print quality is as good as you'd expect from name brand ink. The only annoying thing I the printer tell you e erytine you turn it in that you need to made aware of the fact you are using generic ink cartridges. More of an issue with hp than the manufacturer of these cartridges will definitely by again if the printer is even still functional by the time I manage to use all the ink I got for the price of a single black hp brand non xl cartridge. This pack o received 4 XL black carts, and 2 XL cart of each mandatory color. Generic ink the past few years if you do your research is far Better than it was back on the day. I'm using this in a Photosmart Plus B210E. Absolutely glad I picked this package as there were several to choose from also Walmart sells onn brand generic ink now but I was still twice as much and only 1 black, and the. A separate pack with 1 of each necessary color so basically less than half the ink I got for half the price.

My order arrived expeditiously. Loved that I could get so many recycled ink cartridges for such an affordable price. This is for an old HP that I wanted to resurrect. I totally forgot that I needed the photo cartridge which was not included in this package. I reached out on their WhatsApp and I was answered immediately. The yellow cartridges did not work. I headed back to the WhatsApp. My text was answered immediately, and my issue was resolved quickly, professionally, and life is good. Impressed with this new face at Amazon. I had never seen them before in the recycled cartridge arena. I have been using recycled cartridges for years. Stay tuned. I am receiving an entire comparable package as replacement.

I was hesitant because it’s an off brand but I was pleasantly surprised. In fact, for the money of this brand vs real ink, keep your money & buy THIS ink. I literally cannot tell the difference— AT ALL & this one it’s wayyyyy cheaper. I’m just saying. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is my second set of ink from the company. The first one work fine with the occasional message stating the cartridges are not compatible. However, with time the printer accepted the cartridges and printing was successful. However, with the second order I am unable to print after replacing the cartridges. The printer is indicating the cartridges are damaged or needs replacing, though they are unused. I did call customer support and spoke with Andrew who was very professional, supportive and accommodating. He listened attentively, expressed his concern and orchestrated a replacement which was expedited. I should receive the replacement tomorrow which I truly appreciate.

I'm using HP Photosmart 6520. Black ink does not work on this printer. Quite disappointed.

Would be a great product but the black does not register with my HP printer. The colours do but not the black. I tried more than one black from this product just in case it was a cartridge issue but still did not register. Update: I have added stars to my review because of how the seller has handled this situation. Definitely recommend this seller. They not only reached out to me, offered me a refund and to send out another package guaranteeing that the product would work. I have now installed a black cartridge from the new item and it in fact does work on my HP printer. I am very satisfied how this seller has handled the situation. I fully recommend this product and seller.
