Are these waterproof? Can I rinse these off, if needed, under the tap?

Yes, you can wash these yoga blocks under the tap

Would this be sturdy enough to use as a 'mouse platform', in regards to stacking them on top one another?

The yoga block is stackable but I am not sure what is 'mouse platform'. Maybe you could buy 1 set to try and then buy more if it is satisfactory.
