Durable, but didn't work for me
Love that this came as a 2 pack, although I really can't see anyone using more than 1 at a time, perhaps you could gift one? They came in nice leather type cases and the combs themselves were a nice wood that felt nice and ergonomic to hold. Didn't hurt to apply pressure with it and the grooves in the top fit each finger nicely. While this is definitely sturdy and allows for a good bit of pressure I just didn't find that it worked that well for me. Granted I had an induced birth with no pain medicaiton which I've been told and read that those hurt worse than a spontanious natural birth perhaps that's why I didn't find it to be all that helpful. For someone who has a 100% natural birth it may be more beneficial to!

Wood labor/fidget comb
I'm not pregnant but I do have ADHD and sometimes you just need that strong sensory stimulation right on the middle of your palm or your body will unravel. This does the job.
