L'Oréal Paris Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner, Brown, 0.087 oz.

I have tried so many "smoldering" eyeliners over the years - big name, no name, and every name in between - none have worked like this one.The Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner, in Brown, from L'Oreal is my new must have product. Don't let the small size fool you. This little pencil packs a long-lasting punch. While getting used to the shorter, chubbier design did take some trial and error. After a few days I was an ol' pro! With the smooth, near creamy consistency of the liner a little goes a long way. I carefully lined the upper lashes, going from thin to thick at the corner. Then using a small, pointed, cosmetic sponge, I smudge the corner from outermost area to 1/4 was across lash line. Combined with shadow in browns, and neutral highlights - presto whamo smoldering, with capital S.It comes with a sharpener, designed for the chubbier size of this pencil. I use it every day and only sharpen it when it looses the 'fine point.' Key suggestions, do not apply pressure, like forcing the pencil into the sharpener. If the pencil has been previously sharpened, make sure you clean out the sharpener before each use.This eyeliner will work with you - whatever eye look you prefer. It works, the pencil lasts, and it's affordably priced. I purchased this for myself and will continue to use it. I can therefore recommend it to other shoppers.** Like any eye make-up, in hot temperatures this liner will run and smudge. Leaving the dreaded black circles under the eye.

I have no clue if L’Oréal quit producing this but I had a hard time finding this brown one. I LOVE this eyeliner. My first one has lasted like 15 years. It’s soft but stays put. It can be sharpened to a fine point. It goes on so easily and comes off easily with a wipe. I wish they’d make more colors. If they quit producing these, I guess I’ll have to use this one until I die.

I was happily surprised when I got this in the mail today! Its a great eyeliner. Even though it is thick it goes on very smooth and has a very sharp point and I love that it comes with a sharpener. I got the Brown because Black is just too stark for me. Its a very deep dark brown very nice color. I am really happy I made this purchase. It seems to stay on a long time. I would suggest this to anyone who wants a nice liner and sharpener. I don't like the automatic liners that you don't sharpen. They are always thick lines.

This little gem gives a smokey eye like no other. It blends with ease and also gives a crisp edge when used with the pointed end. I also used it to line the eye. The wide pencil makes it easy to handle. The black/brown color goes perfect with every color combination you can come up with. I even used it as a lip liner and to accent my cuttcrease for an ombre look. A keeper for my stage makeup bag! It brought my look together and was so easy to use. I got lots of compliments with it and everyone asked me about how I did my makeup.

I love this color and the smooth way it goes on. It also adds just the right amount of eyeliner for a smoky eye look! Love it!The price is too high for a drug store price and it’s availability is hard to come by. Not sure why. It needs to be more available...

The pencil is just the right thickness, lines the eyelids smoothly and sharply and is reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the makeup smudges down the corner of the eyes. Shortly after I apply the lines, I have to wipe it away from the edges.The sharpener works well also and does not break the point of the pencil.I have used this product for years......and only wish for a bit more staying power?

Love this eyeliner. The color is rich, it goes on smoothly and stays in place for the most part. I saw it on the YouTube site of Dominique Sachse and loved how she used it. I've been very pleased with it.

Glides on, easy to use and lasts as long as you want it to without smudging. I wish L'Oreal would make more of these "crayon" type eyeliners. There used to be more colors and my favorite was the "aubergine"(?) color which is a purple/maroon and accented most eye colors. I find it much easier to use than liquid eyeliners and more accurate than powders or pencil liners.

Best liner L'oreal ever made! Goes on soft and this liner lasts forever! Hard to find but when you do, you will never buy anything else I promise you.

I’m an Urban Decay eyeliner fan .. and I bought this Loreal eyeliner as it came highly recommended by a YouTube influencer who said that it was superb for tight lining and it is! It’s a lovely dark brown colour, glides on smoothly and stays on all day. For those who do not like using a black colour eyeliner this is perfect and really pleased as one can use it fir a lovely every day look. Great purchase this!

This pencil just flows. I generally have trouble with eyeliner pencils which seem to 'drag' but not this one. I will definitely repurchase this product.
