Garlic Reaper Sauce, 5 ounces - Carolina Reaper Peppers - All Natural, Vegan, Extract-Free, Made in USA and Featured on Hot Ones

Not sure why I see negative reviews on this sauce...but I had no issues. The sauce is HOT...and with a good flavor.I received a normal sized bottle. The only piece of info I'd like to see from the manufacturer...is the Scoville rating. Compared to other hot sauces I've had in the past..I would rate this sauce at about 80,000 Scoville units.

I finally found the best balance between flavor and spiciness/hotness. At first, I didn't like the added lime juice taste, but I started liking it after a few tastings. I can't taste the garlic in it, even though it's there. Other than that, the amount of hotness if very adequate. The amount of flavor is very nice too, it's not just a burning sensation, but a party for my taste buds.Just to compare, "Sriracha" sauce tastes like ketchup after this one :) Which is great, as sriracha became kindda dull taste-wise lately.One small side-note to the manufacturer. It would've been VERY convenient to have this sauce in a squeezable bottle, similar to the sriracha one. This way, it would've been easier to control the dispensed amount.Otherwise, I'll definitely buy more of this once I run out of it. And the price is NOT an issue. You get a specialty product, expect to pay a premium for it!

This is absolutely my favourite hot sauce. It is hot but not overwhelmingly so, which means you can use plenty of it without destroying the flavour of your food. It has a great, punchy element of garlic to it, with the reaper coming in after the garlic. I use this all the time and even do things like mixing it with mayo for people who don't like spice because the flavour is so good. I would also say it's pretty middle of the road in terms of thickness, not mash thick but certainly not thin either. I try so many hot sauces, and like a broad range, but this is one that's always in the fridge. I should say it does have a tendency to separate so give it a good shake before use to allow it to recover its brown/orange colour. I've had no issues with longevity and I certainly always finish the bottle before there's any chance of the sauce going bad.

This is an excellent hot sauce, and I use it liberally on just about everything; breakfast cereal being one of the few exceptions. The heat definitely registers even for seasoned chili enthusiasts, though it may be intense for anyone unprepared for Carolina Reaper-level spice.The color, consistency, and flavor are all exceptional. I especially appreciate that it has real body and depth of flavor rather than being a thin, vinegar-heavy sauce. The garlic comes through nicely, and the heat complements the flavor instead of completely overpowering it. Highly recommended for anyone who likes serious heat without sacrificing taste.Lastly, when your wife asks "what's in the box," don't jokingly tell her it's a Tiffany necklace.
