I love the Mustela brand. The spray is super easy to apply and use. It was very good at preventing any diaper rashes. Product is fragrance free and non greasy. Only con would be the nozzle gets a little build up but its easy to clean.

Love that you can spray the diaper rash cream on instead of applying it with a spatula. I put it in my diaper bag so it's easy application on the go. The actual sprayer spreads the cream put nicely. It's effective for diaper rash. It has a nice pleasant smell. It is a little pricey compared to other diaper rash creams though.

Okay, we have tried every big name butt cream on the market. My baby has sensitive skin and gets irritated very quickly. At two weeks old, she got a terrible diaper rash and we bought this to use. It cleared up her rash by the next day! It is moisturizing, but not too thick as to trap too much moisture. You don't need a spatula or have to worry about the mess of the cream on your hands because it quickly sprays onto the peri area. It is so easy to use and is cost effective. I am not an expert, but I am fairly well researched and I trust the ingredients in this spray. We will continue to use this spray until she is out of diapers and for all future kiddos.

This is the only cream I use for my baby girl after trying many others that all caused her irritation; she has super sensitive skin, but this spray cream works really well.

I bought this for my baby thinking the touch free feature would be great after a diaper rash or burn. However, Unlike the lotion diaper rash cream version of it, this one seems to hurt her rather than make her feel better. My baby would scream as if I were applying alcohol to her burn. But with the Diaper Rash lotion from Mustela, she would not scream, the cream would actually soothe her and calm her down. The spray does work. So, I decided to use the lotion right after getting the burn, and once the redness seems to have gotten better (usually within one use), then I would apply the spray to avoid touching her at all. It's also very convenient for night use.
