Good if you have stomach problems

The item was delivered when itโs said about this particular brand this is my second bottle I bought and take I have joints pain or body aches I heard that taking magnesium was good for joints discomfort I wanted to give it a try and it helps me especially at night I take it like an hour before bed and it relaxes my body and joints and I sleep better but itโs ONLY THIS BRAND THAT HELPS ME AND IS GENTLE IN MY STOMACH . I have try other two brands one in liquid form and another in capsule form magnesium chloride but after a couple weeks taking it I still feel restless. Iโm sticking to this brand!
