Quick delivery and looks like a gift when it arrived. I ordered this and the P.volve P.ball because of the reviews They had heard at my gym. I haven’t been great at sticking to my past NY resolutions! The best part of P.volve workouts are the excersizes show quick results! I think I’m going to stick with these because I’m getting posative feedback/ compliments so soon! I’m even looking at other P.volve items to add! Great products and excersizes!!

Another great piece from Pvolve. Compared to a regular resistance band, this glove design gives you more control, it's more secure, and your workout isn't limited by your hand strength. I use this with other equipment from their kit and stream their videos, and it's crazy how effective this is for a simple, affordable home routine.

Really like the quick results on the arms. The waist also pulls in. However there is a lack of video instruction on you tube and the p. Volve web has the same minimal video. There was an article from SHAPE magazine that was good but only 3 exercises to do. Needs better videos. I am uding movements like your swimming any getting good results in a matter of days.

The product was great but... after using it for 4 months it snapped

I do a lot of cardio, but not much strength training, so when I saw these, I thought I'd give them a try. I just love them! I can't do it for a super long time, or pull as far as I could because you can darn feel it. I do the 11 min workout that is on YouTube and that's sufficient. I did get a 15 day free access to their website, but the workout was too long for me. And I don't have the equipment for some of the others. I'm happy with what I'm doing and the results are yet to be seen.

The quality is very poor, the band snaps after 15-20 uses I bought 10 of these for my pilates studio and all of them had been snapped after a couple months.

This product offers a simple arm workout that targets all of the areas that you need to have arms to be proud of. It's very lightweight and easy to use, but strong at the same time. The hand gloves offer you control so that you can maneuver the bands to your strength and advantage. I carry it with me wherever I go.

I have only used this once, with the 20 Minute Arms and Abs dvd from P.volve, and it was awesome! It’s so nice to have the band strapped to your hands, it’s so much easier to keep your wrists and elbows straight and to move from floor to standing without having to readjust. I already see improved definition in my stomach and arms after one use.
