Worked great in my gas fireplace. Saved me a ton ofMoney on a service call. The hookup although not difficult does have some hard to reach spaces. There is one line in particular that your pretty much worked by feel only. It’s sometimes easier to remove the entire valve assembly everything screws into as theLines are generous enough to do it. But if your used to changing spark plugs on a V6 mini van you’ll know what I mean as far as working by feel only.

The thermopile stopped working on my gas fireplace. I decided it made sense to replace the rest of the pilot components since I was going to have it all apart. This assembly made the job that much easier. The components are good quality and match what I took out so the install went that much quicker. Even better is that this entire unit cost less than if I purchased the thermocouple and thermopile separately. Additionally the removal and install were made easier by taking the entire unit out instead of trying to remove and fish out the individual components. Easier and cheaper, it doesn't get any better than that.
