I like the gummies everything about them is great just I would have liked to have seen more mg of shilajit and ashwanga per gummie so I could reach my daily intake with the gummies alone all in all very good

It can be life threatening if you have medication for Diabetes or Blood Pressure. I have both and if it had been stated in the advert I would not have bought it. I am 80 years old and it could have seen me off. If you are healthy and not taking other medications it could be ok, but it’s not for me. It wasn’t until I received it and read the instructions on the tub that I found out about the problems it could cause. Other than that it is a good company.

Great,easy to take and nice taste

I think you need to be aware with product - to start I took 2 as directed in the morning but about 3 in the afternoon I felt a real drop in my mood almost like I was coming off something else! I dropped down to 1 but then started getting stomach pains to the point where I gave up. I know there has been a lot research into the benefits of mushrooms but I'm not sure this product has got it right. I have actually gone to taking B12 and feel alot better.
