This book was a gift for a friend that is really into alternative Medicine and I happen to see the author Chris Kilham on the Dr. Oz show . I was intrigued and thought hey this would make a great gift ... The recipient absolutely loves the book and says it is informative but also quite an adventure book ! Good Buy ! Sent in time for Christmas ! Would probably buy more books from this author . I'd recommend it to anyone with similar interests .

Good book. A lot of reviews i think and I recommend it for its storytelling and some herbal knowledge. Definitely not an encyclopedia.
