I have a deviated septum and can't breathe through my nose well when I sleep. Intake is a GODSEND when it comes to helping me breathe at night, and the travel case keeps everything together and handy, even when it's just sitting on my nightstand instead of traveling. Now I wake up groggy on days I DON'T use Intake! Highly effective, fantastic adhesive that stays solidly but doesn't irritate the skin. I wish the refills weren't so expensive, but c'est la vie. It's worth it to be able to SLEEP.

First of all, super nice this comes with a backup magnetic applicator. I gave someone some test stickers to try, but they were struggling with the application since I kept the one that I got with said stickers. This made it so we could both have one.Also, holds a surprising amount of strips. I could fit at least a week in there before it felt awkward.

I was surprised that it came empty.
