Good starter pack
I used to have a marble toy like this as a kid and I wanted to pass down this cool and creative toy to my kids! I love how open play it is. It requires some problem solving and learning from small, minor mistakes. The plastic is durable, nothing has cracked or broken on us.My kids ages range from 7-13 but I enjoy setting up the maize's with them as well!!

Fun, and Very Entertaining and On the go toys too.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this Marble Run Track Toy Set or Marble Galaxy for my kids. I have a boy who is almost 4 year old and my little girl who is 5 year old. They both love it and even me and husband play with them. This is a very engaging toy for the whole family. The kids can explore their imagination by creating or building different formation. Sometimes we kind of have race as to who's gonna be winner or who's marble is going to go down first and it so much fun.I love the fact that it comes in a very colorful pieces that makes it interesting to build as well. Even by constructing the pieces their imagination works, sometimes they suggest where to put and what to put in the certain area. As we are building it, it also have a sense of teamwork and this is great thing to bond with your kids.Last week for 5 days we have to out of town and we brought to our hotel. During the day we around the city do a lot things but as we go back to out hotel kids play their Marble Galaxy instead of watching TV. This is another solution of entertainment to bring with you when you are having road trip or out town. It easy to carry around and very handy because the box itself has its own handle. You just have to put the pieces properly inside box and your are good to go.This Marble Run Track Toy Set or Marble Galaxy is definitely an entertaining, very engaging, and can make your kids explore this awesome imagination. Good and fun toy even for the family and can be an On the Go toys as well.

I love marble runs, comparisons to Nat Geo set.
We purchased this marble run as a Christmas present for our 4 year old son on Prime Day. We also have a 200+ piece Nat Geo one that he absolutely loves (and mom and dad are pretty fond of it too). This set seems compatible but I... I mean my son... hasn’t played with it much yet and have yet to combine this set with the Nat Geo one. We liked having 2 vortex/funnel pieces. Our large Nat Geo set only has one. I don’t like that the marble catches are small compared to the much larger Nat Geo. This set includes the same number of marbles (50) but only 5 glow in the dark. No UV mini light was included and the Nat Geo ones do not just glow in the dark without the UV mini light included in the set. I have yet to try these glow in the dark marbles. I didn’t think the glow in the dark marbles were a big deal, but honestly they are quite fun to play with when you turn the lights out. We got the 80 piece Whiz Builder Kids set. So far we are very happy with it. I’m not sure how much fun it would as a stand alone and I’m not sure I would enjoy marble runs in general as much if we had not started with the larger set and I’m not sure having just the smaller set really give a good idea of how much fun building these can be. We literally have hours of fun building and playing with marble runs. I highly recommend if you, I mean your kiddo, is at all mechanically or building inclined.

Worth it
So I got this marble run toy because it's something a wide age range can enjoy... myself included. I'm in my 30s and I was babysitting 4 children ages 3 to almost 10 years of age. We all enjoyed this product. Got people off the tv and tablets for a good 20 minutes actual playtime. Takes a good 5 to 10 minutes to assemble. All the children could help build but I was the only one with the ability and patience to complete assembly and strength to keep product sturdy enough to try the different build options they provided (with varying difficulties). It's beautiful to look at and comes with plenty of marbles. The pieces could be less tall and more wide. Definitely wider and heavier bases would be nicer to keep pieces from toppling over. Or some other interlocking design so pieces click into place or something. I got this on sale at the time for $25. Because my child is still only 3 we've only used it by ourselves a few times. It was well worth it for the interaction and play time by ourselves and with the other children. Hope this helps someone!

Glad I finally decided on this marble run/track!
I am one of those Amazon Primers who reads scads of reviews and hems and haws before finally coming to what I hope is the best decision for quality, price, and value. I looked at the sets that are rated highly, have about the same amount of pieces, but cost about $15 more. Several reviews convinced me that the cheaper sets had pieces that fit loosely, didn't offer REAL glass marbles (some do but the bulk of the marbles are cheap, plastic ones), the marbles weren't standard size and therefore you could not buy regular marbles for replacements to fit the tubes, or the set pieces are smaller than expected. For our son's 6th birthday, I wanted to get a set that would last, where the pieces fit together well and securely, offered real marbles that were standard size, and could be built to a desirable height for a boy who has been asking for a "marble track" for months. This set has not disappointed. I feel as though we got the best deal for the amount spent and the quality is quite satisfactory.

Fun for the whole family
Best grandma purchase I have ever made.I keep these at the house to entertain visiting grandchildren and everyone, including adults, likes to play. Endless variations and plenty of parts to use for building. My grandson with Autism is entranced for hours with Marble Run. He may have a future in engineering…
