No ENGLISH menus but knew that before purchase. Bang for buck can't be beat. Better than expected sound quality. Time will tell how good built in battery is. Less than 90AUD delivered, great value. EDIT: Less than 15 months and battery died

Good Value, but Only Charges with USB-A to USB-C
The build-quality of the radio is good enough, and the sound is great, especially considering its size (just 18 cm wide). It's easy to switch between each mode and the DAB+ and FM radio reception is great, Bluetooth and AUX work well too. The menus are easy enough to navigate and are available in a variety of European languages, including English (but no Irish 😢). Inside the box is the speaker itself, a short USB-A to USB-C cable, as well as the manuals (though only in German). The packaging is pretty much all cardboard which is obviously very good. There's only a couple of a issues, firstly accessing your favourited radio stations could be handier (1-3 are easily accesible via the buttons but to tune in to 4–30 you have to go through a somewhat clunky menu); secondly, and much more of a nuisance, is that the speaker can only be charged with a USB-A to USB-C cable – a USB-C to USB-C cable will not work – this is irritating considering that that USB-C to USB-C is becoming the global standard (my Technisat VIola 2 can be powered with either). This could be a deal-breaker for those who are meticulous about just using USB-C for everything. Overall this is a good Bluetooth speaker and radio, and I would definitely recommend it if the USB-C issue doesn't bother you. I'm glad to support an EU company like Technisat. 🇪🇺
