Cricut Cartridge Nifty Fifties

I have a 1950s travel trailer and attend vintage trailer events. I love this cartridge for the variety of vintage and travel related images it offers. I plan to use them for scrapbooking our rallies as well as decorate "goody bags" and make mini albums for friends. I appreciate a previous review alerting me the size needs to be large enough to enjoy the details...and she was right. The few I have made already are among the best Cricut offers in terms of the "wow" effect. TIP: I switched to diecuts and no longer buy stickers...however I kept my old Crop n'Style sticker storage binder and now slide premade cricut diecuts into them so when I scrapbook I can pull them out and use them. I have production periods where I set up the machine for a full day and then later I have scrapbook sessions.

Great for making placards for 100th anniversary of Route 66

Purchased it so I could create my daughters 7th birthday party invite and they turned out great!! Can't find much out there for rollerskates (invites, etc) so this is terrific. PLUS, I really enjoy the 50's music, etc and will be able to use for multiple things...cards, tags, scrapbook. The ideas are just bubbling right up! You will enjoy it and the variety of things you can do!

Haven’t used it that much so hard to tell. I’m surprised cartridges are so expensive because of new cricits.

I purchased a Cricut for Christmas, I've been wanting one since I first saw it advertised 5 years ago. I forgot about it for a while but with my desire to scrapbook getting stronger each day, finally decided to o ahead and purchase one when I found it on sale! YAY me!! Anyhoo, I'm having a 50's/Grease themed party this year for my 25th and I came across this particular cartridge and thought "How neat would it be to make centrepieces, my invitations and even other bits of decor for the party?" So I bought it and absolutely love all the options it gives me. I'm very new to Cricut and this is my 1st real cartridge(George and basic shapes doesnt have a ton of creative features as this one does)but I fgured it out easily enough after reading the booklet and I am very pleased with the results I've been getting. The only drawback (if you can call it one) is that I have to make the images very large (at least 3.5) because most of the images have intricate little details that are difficult to handle smaller than size 3. But I love it and it suits my purposes. I can even see myself using it for cards!

I looked EVERYWHERE trying to find a "badge" for a gender reveal party i was putting together. I was following a theme of "Badge or Bow". The dad is a police officer. I ended up looking closely at the images for this set and realized that if i used the Route 66 sign, it would work as a badge shape. I looked for paper punches or a cartridge for weeks to try to pull my idea off. I almost caved and bought a new Cricut, but my original still works great, so I was happy to have found this

Used this cartridge to make out bowling shirts! They looked fabulous!

Thank you so much for my wonderful Nifty Fifties cartridge. I have a Vacation Bible School planned around the "Happy Days" motif and this lettering, the phrases and the graphics are PERFECT for my needs. I appreciate how quickly I received it and the wonderful "new" condition of everything! Highly recommend this "fun" cartridge for Cricut owners!

I knew this cartridge would be versatile but I was surprised by just how many occasions I have used this cartridge- from kids cards to happy retirement cards, this cartidge really does it all!

I did enjoy using the font. It is simple a bit rounded soften the look on the scrapbook page. Did use several of the design to add on cards to be given to seniors. Great memory booster
