Works well with the Rypstick and easy to use. Compared the speed with a mevo+ and there the same or very close.

Very handy for verifying swig speed. Quality is made of thin plastic, but it will be durable enough if it is not dropped or abused. Size is right, and numbers are big enough. The voice function tells you the speed on every swing with not to much delay. Decent price.

Good value for the money. Bright and easy to read.
Inexpensive swing monitor. Wanted to know my swing speed. Why? Don't know? Just wanted to know. I'm 84. Logic says I should be using a very whippy old man driver shaft. But I disagree and prefer Stiff or Extra Stiff Driver shafts. Tried "whippy" and got less distance. Used very stiff hockey sticks as a kid. Maybe this monitor will help me with drive analysis? Really bought it "Just For Fun". An old guy toy. I'm an Engineer and love to experiment. If you are a golfer perhaps you should ignore so-called conventional wisdom as it comes to driver and other shafts? This great monitor would be a great aid to experimenting and maybe improving your golf game. Slainte Mhath, Gaelic for Good Health!

For the serious golfer
Golf clubs are made to last a very long time. However, even though the clubs may still be good, they may no longer be the right ones for you. As you get older, your swing speed will slow down significantly. This requires having clubs that support a slower swing. You can always go into a pro shop and have them measure your swing, but this device can provide an inexpensive and convenient way to monitor your speed. It can also help in monitoring your progress if you are working on increasing your swing speed. I have compared the readings from this device against those at a pro shop and are happy with the consistency.
