I suffer from Levoscoliosis and sciatica. On certain days that I really need something to hold me up straight I wear this and it does help me get through to the things I need to do or places I need to go. So I think it's helpful. The size was and adjustable. I wear with a shirt or tank under it so my skin won't rub against it. I wear this belt lower than the picture on the ad and so far it stays put. I don't wear all day everyday but it good to have it as one of the things I have on hand, the support is good

Helped with my back pain

I ordered many back braces all with different features. I am not "too bad" to require surgery but keep having severe lower back pain. I don't wear them long as that can weaken your back, but I wear them when gardening etc.They remind me to be careful. This one is breathable as in the others I have are ticket, hold an ice pack etc.So for minimal to 0 sweat when I am in the garden this one is the one I use:)

Good for the money except for the little silver spokes that hold the brace together fell out, and I had a hard time getting them back in. Other than that, it worked fine. Good size

I'm a little disappointed in the quality of product. Not much support but the fit is good. It tends to roll up a bit when wearing.

No support at all

Bought one month ago and velcro is just about useless, keeps coming undone losing grip. I Have a 26 inch waist so not much constant tension. Would not buy again.
