Edensoy has been my favorite Soymilk for years. It has all the qualities I look for - vegan, gluten free, unsweetened, and organic. It tastes great in my coffee and cereals, and I use it in place of milk when cooking. The 32-oz shelf stable cartons stack up nicely in my pantry and fit well in my refrigerator. They always come with a long shelf life, while staying fresh in the refrigerator for 7 days after opening. Easy to hold while pouring. The price is comparable to other similar products. Would recommend to anyone who drinks soymilk. The only issue I have found is when the container is full, the first usage can spill out messily, perhaps due to the small spout size.

I love this stuff! Very few brands contain only soy beans and nothing else. This is pure and without all the additives. I use this daily. It tastes great and has a long shelf life - not that it ever lasts more than a few days on my house.

This is the only soy milk I use for making soy yogurt. I’ve tried all available soy milks to make my own yogurt. This one, by far, gives me the best results. It’s also the only one I use other applications such as soups and in baking. Because we strictly follow a WFPBNO diet, this combined with Kitehill’s vegan ricotta, some nutritional yeast and seasoning we can enjoy ricotta in dishes. Great consistency. And it’s organic( a must with soy products in the US).

Better than some grocery stores! It’s hard to find organic unsweetened soy milk with basic ingredients! We now have this on autoship once a month!! Tastes great and super healthy!

My Go-to Soy milk for making one quart of yogurt fast in the iPot. Just acquire a bottle of NOW Probiotic -10 or stronger and the next day you'll have a decent yogurt to dress up a dish of fruit or whatever else you need yogurt for! NOW products also makes a 50 billion bottle also and then you'd probably would only need 1 capsule in a quart jar unlike the two I've been using for the past several years where I use 2 25 billion instead at a time! Just open the capsule, sprinkle it into the mason jar and fill with your Eden Soy milk. Set the iPot for 12 hour (or thereabouts) and the next morning you'll have yogurt! You'll need to refrigerate it of course!! I always make two quarts in the largest iPot they make and then refrigerate it for whatever next you need yogurt for! Happy days ahead!

These taste just a bit better than the Bettergoods brand from Walmart, which BGs costs half as much. So....... organic might not work out for me.
