It cuts what you got
This thing is SHARP! Definitely be careful with it because it's job is to cut, and it cuts very well!
User
Absolutely great cleaver!
Pro's: It has great weight/balance ratio. Very sharp and cuts very smoothly. I use it for just about everything. I could use my food processor for chopping and slicing but with this cleaver, I like doing it myself. You'll love it.Con's: The handle is very smooth, but if you are handling something greasy or wet, you can lose your grip quickly. I would recommend to the manufacturer that they scuff up, or add silicone grips on the handle to prevent accidents. Just saying.
