Easy swallow, no aftertaste.
Bought to help lower cholesterol. No side effects. No problems swallowing them as not too big and smooth exterior. Annual checkup and cholesterol is lowered with dietary changes and these capsules. Good quality and value for money.

Strong and petite
Why is it they always ask for reviews before you've had a chance to use the product? I've been a tumeric user for years and thought I'd look for an alternative to my usual product. These are stronger, are mixed with black pepper but smaller capsules than my usual make; and, competively priced. I've only just started them so don't have any comments other than they are easier to swallow. Tumeric is just a general anti inflammatory so I don't expect any particular effects, but, equally, I don't expect any adverse reactions either. I haven't been dissappointed on either count. Would I recommend them; I don't have any reason not to.

Easy to take, not sure it’s effective
I’m not entirely convinced by the claim of anti inflammatory, I have osteoarthritis and I’ve been adding this into my diet for 6 months now, still have pain, but maybe I’d be in a lot more pain if I don’t take it, I’ll have to decide if I’m going to keep going with it.
