Can it be used in pet mice cage

Yes, I use it for my rats and it is perfect, especially because it has so little dust. The bag actually says it is suitable for small pets!

Is this soft for cats paws?

Yes, it's made from paper but rolled into pellets that are so hard, wood pellets would be just the same. It is VERY soft but ONLY WHEN WET! It's not "fluffy and delicate" at all.

I have a white cat and this litter appears to be causing a yellow tint on the fur of her legs, has anyone else noticed this?

I have a spotted tabby she has white paws and on the back she does have a yellow tint I will clean her paws and she if it comes back, I thought it might be where the fur touches the litter as it absorbes when she goes toilet but I will see in the next few days
