i started using this before my workouts and noticed a difference in how my body feels during exercise earlier i used to get tired quickly but now i can push a little more and complete my sets without stopping too often it does not give any sudden rush but a steady support which feels more natural the powder mixes easily in water and since it is unflavoured it does not feel too strong or artificial overall it helped improve my workout flow
