Do I really need to rent a fork lift to unload this myself or will the delivery company do this?

I ordered the 10x16. It came by FedEx Semi Truck as the huge pallet won’t fit on a normal truck. We were prepared to unload it piece by piece but the driver called us that day and really didn’t want to wait for the time it would take us to do that. He preferred a fork truck and loading dock. So a local business allowed him to come unload there. Luckily I live in a small town and know most people and businesses. The owner of the business not only used their fork truck but loaded it onto a trailer of his (ours proved to be to small) for us to get it home. Then it took 3 men over an hour to unload the very heavy pieces and panels. You ask a good question because for us, the delivery/unloading was the part we were so unprepared for. Very thankful that it worked out for us the way it did, but if we didn’t have close by business friends I don’t know what we would’ve done.
