So each branch of Ceylon cinnamon taste different. This brand is very Halloween/ pumpkin spice if that makes sense. It's not bad but I don't want that taste year round.

I love this cinnamon! I put it in my coffee and know that I am helping my blood sugar, LDL Cholesterol, and it helps with inflammation. This kind of cinnamon does not contain high levels of coumarin like Cassia. Ceylon cinnamon has natural anti microbial and antiviral properties also!

No lo compren, está canela no tiene el aroma ni el color de la canela de ceylan, en la foto la canela de ceylan es la de color más claro la canela cassia es la que está en el otro extremo y al centro es la canela que me llegó. Estoy muy molesto si quisiera canela cassia me hubiera salido mucho más barato comprarla. Me siento decepcionado
