No problems at all.

Works perfectly for me. I was able to read and write all 3 tracks with no problems. I was surprised by how big it is though. It's not a problem at all but this thing is easily 3 times the size of most readers (not writers). The website listed in the instructions is no longer active but a quick Google search finds several alternative sources. Is but it again.

Dont listen to the inexperienced joe schmo over here, it does write all 3 tracks as advertised and its a beautiful thing to not need an external power source. I love it. I will reccomend for casual user. 5 stars

BIGGER THAN WHAT I EXPECTED

WORKS PERFECTLY FOR ITS PURPOSE. DOES NOT HAVE A CHIP READER, I THOUGHT IT DID. SOFTWARE HAS TO BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE MANUFACTURERS WEBSITE. VERY USER FRIENDLY.

There is no Instruction Manual

I would give this a zero if I can. I emailed the manufacturer asking for User Manual and the response I got is to just set it to ISO and HiCo and don't change anything else. This is not answer I am looking for! Why is it so hard to ask for an instruction manual? I need to be able to change the setting so it would read the tracks. I only get Read Error every single time so needless to say this is a piece of crap. It is useless and totally waste of money.Don't waste your money on this. There are other brands that work better.
