Works fine on my backup mirror

This is literally the best phone holder I have ever had. It expands both vertically and horizontally to fit around my rear view mirror which is on averagely low. I didn't have to fuss like I did with every other kind of phone holder I ever had. I love it!

Ive actually never had a better phone holder. The ones that are typically available are either held with a suction cup that wont hold or a glue that melts in the heat. This one is phenomenal. No sliding around, super stiff and stable.

This thing is horrible. I’ve used it for a few weeks, now, and I’m ready to throw it out. It doesn’t stay attached to my rearview mirror like it should. It always slides off when I’m turning or when I go after the light turns green or when I stop the car. I have to adjust it while I’m driving because it (the little arms) gets in the way and I can’t see properly through my rearview mirror (the device even moves my mirror), which makes it a driving hazard. And because it slips so often, it also makes it hard to see the directions on the screen. Then, the arm that holds the phone, I have to retighten it often because it seems to loosen itself all the time. I’ll put my phone in and notice it starts drooping, so it needs to be tightened. Again, causing a driving hazard. It’s not sturdy, at all. I’m back here looking for a new one because I simply can’t deal with this one anymore. I don’t want to get into an accident over my phone holder.

Finally, a car phone holder that actually holds the phone where needed without swiveling or weighing the rear view mirror down as I expected it might. Allows me to keep my eyes on the road without losing its position unlike dash mounted options that seem to detach and fall off the dash board. I thought it might take up too much of my field of view but it doesn't. And doesn't interfere with my garage door buttons on my mirror. We'll thought out and super simple to use. My only issue is that it becomes a part of the car so well that I am now forgetting to remove it from the car to take with me.

It may look big on the product page but in reality it isn’t that big. Installation was very easy and simple if you know what you’re doing. It moves around a little when driving but nothing major.

Poor quality and not a fit for the mirror. Disrupts the night vision of the mirror. Also stability is poor. Not worth for the value.

It is good but not very stable. It does not fit tightly at top on the mirror but phone holder is tight and strong.
