As a parent of a 9yo soccer goalkeeper, I LOVE this shirt. It’s sufficiently fitted to fit underneath any team jersey, and does an excellent job protecting kids’ chests, ribs, shoulders and lower back as they dive, tackle, and block whatever hard shots come their way.I might have forgot to mention that this goalie is my daughter, a petite but fierce combatant, who now depends on this upper body armor to help keep her safe. Now, if only I could find a pair of padded goalie shorts that also fit girls this well!

Ordered Y-XL and it was too small (I have a skinny 12 year old). Padding wasn't anything like I thought. It looked like it was barely enough to protect anything it was supposed to.

My son is 70 lbs and I should have ordered a medium but was nervous that he wouldn’t like it too tight or he’d outgrow it too fast. The large is roomy but still does the job. He was hit by a couple of pitches and scared to get back in the box. He feels much better with the extra padding and is back in the lineup.

My son is a bit on the smaller side for an 8 year old and he needed a second padded shirt as football practice is 4 nights a week and there’s just no way to keep up with the laundry. This shirt fit him well, he likes it and says it’s very comfortable.

I bought this for my son for his football games. The shirt is well made and the built in protective padding is well placed. I It is light weight and good for those hot days of practice or games. I would suggest this item to anyone that is looking for protective gear.

Was looking for something to protect against turf burns. First week of the football season his forearm/elbow didn't have a lot of skin left. After purchasing these, it allowed his skin to heal while preventing more. Very pleased
