Is it a portable charger?
Yes. It is definatly is a portable charger. This thing is freaking awesome and I don’t say that often. It has some weight to it, wich I like. Because I do a lot of commuting and I like to feel everything in my pocket with out really touching it with my hands. It charges extremely fast and keeps the batteries charged for a long time

Awesome all-in-one charger/power supply
This is an amazing piece of equipment for the Action Pro / Pro 2. Not only does it charge 3 batteries simultaneously, it can do so while plugged to a power source or completely unplugged. Additionally, it can be used as a USB-C power source for your phone, camera, etc… It can power your devices while charging spent batteries all while unplugged from external power. I am using it to store/charge batteries while having it plugged in to my Ace Pro 2 at volleyball matches to record the sets.

Super convenient!
Excellent product. Stores 3 batteries and also recharges them with its internal battery. Super convenient and I take this everywhere with me on shoots.

Kills OEM batteries
Worked for a while, then stopped. It completely killed my OEM battery too. Don’t buy this.
