Really works so well, even in N.I. 5*
So bought this to try take the sting off the cold pool water for my son's 3m ×2m intex pool, in northern Ireland we have only had about 1 weeks worth of sun so far, but the pool has went from a constant 11° to an average of 16° to 18° without any other heating system so 100% worth the money in my eyes because I don't have to turn it off and on, doesn't waste elec and keeps the water clean. Tip, at least once or twice a day I have been peeling back cover slightly and mixing water with a stick so the hot water can mix with cold and this really helps, otherwise it will only be the first 3 inches that get the benefits. Also delivered 4 days early in the middle of the pandemic so well done for That.Update, up to 20° now, couldn't recommend this cover enough! Can't belive I was ever going to buy the intex heater at near £90 and to run the thing cost about £5 a day and they say to leave it on for 8 days! This has saved me so much money!

Effective
Very effective. Really surprised how much a difference it makes. I leave it on till lunchtime and the water gets up to about 83 degrees F. I also use 2 300w fish tank heaters to help warm a 3x2m pool.
