Simply the best
There are a lot of raspberry gins and vodka's on the market now so many liqueurs are having a comeback. Chambord can be seen in most supermarkets now in it's the smaller form bottles usually costing anything fro £6 to £9. When one did not arrive with my shopping I went hunting on Amazon and found this beauty of 70cl and for an excellent price indeed. I use it with any plain spirit it's taste is so good it brightens even supermarket own bottles. It makes a fabulous treat in prosecco and Champagne. I have used it to make raspberry tiramisu for the last 10 years and everyone loves it so much they ask for it. My favourite home cocktail is this. Chambord, then raspberry gin, raspberry puree, crushed ice. Pour all the liquids into your shaker add the ice then shake. Pour into glass and top with a fresh basil leave and a slice of lime. I don't measure the alcohols as I make it to different tastes and strengths. It can all be done with a white rum as well.
