I'm looking to attach some tin tiles to sheetrock. Think this will work?

I think that you would have better results using the following item: "Dap 27450 Beats The Nail All-Purpose Construction Adhesive 10.3-Ounce". Make sure that you remove any oily film that may be on the tin before applying the construction adhesive.

Is the item waterproof? Can it be used outside for repairs in all weather conditions?

Yes it is waterproof. I used it around my flue pipe on the roof. Stuff works great. I would do 2 layers instead of one.

Has anyone had success with this product without fire curing? Manufacturer says it must be fire cured but I need a fire seal of 2000F+ but can't fire

I used this to seal the storm collar and flashing around my class A chimney penetrating through my roof. That installation definitely was not fire-cured, and has held up extremely well. It does cure very hard, but has performed well for my application. I check, the seals when I clean my chimney every year, and 11-years in all is still well.
