Does this lotion sting when applied like the adult version?

I tried it myself before applying to my daughters and it did not sting me and my daughters liked it being applied. I do know what you mean as my Mum uses the spray and gel and I found it stung me when I applied to her neck. This junior sleep lotion is a creamy substance. I hope this helps.
