This is hands-down the BEST sleep aid we've ever used for our child—it genuinely feels like we've unlocked a parenting cheat code! I almost never leave reviews, but this product deserves all the praise. It's become a non-negotiable part of our bedtime routine and recently saved us on a 14-hour flight overseas—our child slept for 10 hours of it! Even more impressively, it helped us get her adjusted to the new time zone extremely quickly- within a day. She also has eczema, so we're very careful about what goes on her skin, but this lotion has been wonderfully gentle with zero irritation or flare-ups. No tingling, no fuss, great scent —just better sleep. If you're a tired parent looking for a little extra help at bedtime, this is definitely worth trying. 🌟

Our son was nearly 2 and had probably slept through 4/5 nights of his life. He used to wake up consistently throughout the night and me and my partner were really beginning to struggle. After researching the product we decided to give this a go. We’ve now used this product for 3x months and he’s slept through every night since. It smells lovely, doesn’t cause irritation, and the skin absorbs it well. I would happily pay 10x the price. If you are in a similar situation and thinking of doing this, I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I was very sceptical when first purchased but we were desperate to try anything. Straight off the bat we saw improvements with our youngest sleeping behaviour. She didn’t wake as much and as parents are sleep was broken less. It’s not a miracle cure. We do still experience broken sleep but not as often and we had even had nights where she has slept all the way through. I would definitely recommend to any parent

If I could give 50 stars I would, this cream is honestly our holy grail. I’m not one for leaving reviews, but this is by far the best £7 I’ve ever spent in my life. My one and half year old has been an awful sleeper since he was around 6 months old, we’ve been to numerous doctors appointments and osteopaths to try and figure out why he wouldn’t sleep at night. After a family friend suggested magnesium lotion we thought we would give it a go and my word it’s changed ours lives. Not only does he now sleep through every single night, it’s also helped him learn how to self settle. We’re now two weeks in and have started using it every other night and just rubbing it into his legs (this is due to him getting a slight rash on his back from the cream). But even only using it every other night it still does the job perfectly, we’ve noticed a massive change in his mood as he’s finally getting a decent night sleep and so are my husband and I! We’ve recommended it to all of our friends who have children!

Worked for the first few days as my kids would wake up at night at the same time on most nights. Stopped doing what it says on the tin after that.

My 8 year old has severes disease in both of his feet. We use this every night and it’s made such a massive improvement to night time pain!

Honestly, this product is not at all a “cheat code” or “life changing”. I gave this product a full two weeks and used as it says “4 full pumps” on my 20 month old. It made exactly NO difference at all. The product is also a bold face lie by making you use 4 full pumps which means it will last no more that 2.5-3 weeks. Would give a 0 star if that was an option. Honestly, don’t waste your money and hopes like I did.

I bought this as my daughter (5) wakes most nights with night pains (she’s healthy and doctors have said she’s hypo mobile ) This cream is like magic weve only had one wake up since using for over 2 months! A single pump is enough to do both legs and there’s no strong smell

I don't want to make broad generalizations about what might be true for all users of this product, however, I would like to provide my sincere support for this sleep lotion as a foster parent of a child that has some very unhealthy experiences with sleep. What you or I call normal is not normal for individuals that grow up in the foster system, and, for better or worse, cannot be reasonably expected to be. What you will find with any child in foster care is that many have experienced trauma throughout their lives and interrupted and unrestful sleep is natural consequence of this reality. My foster child has historically been very anxious and shows symptoms of separation anxiety that make putting them down difficult resulting in the foster child screaming and crying for 30 minutes to an hour until they finally tire out and fall asleep. With this lotion, I was able to see the effects and their body and mind slow down within 15 minutes and by 45 minutes I was able to put them down without issue. I, personally, have taken magnesium supplements before bed for years and have used it during times to manage stressful situations. Whether this product will work for all children equally, but I can testify that in a difficult circumstance, this product worked for my family.
