I find Buldak ramen to be an exceptional product, consistently ranking among my preferred choices. Its ease of preparation, superior noodle texture, and remarkable flavor profile contribute to an outstanding culinary experience. Furthermore, its versatility in heating methods, whether by stovetop or microwave, enhances its convenience, and its digestibility is a notable advantage. This product undoubtedly offers excellent value.

This tasted like wet macaroni and cheese so I threw it in the microwave after making it. Note: Don’t remain 6 tbsp; instead, remain 3 tbsp. This wasn’t spicy, except maybe to my crybaby nephew who thinks ketchup is spicy because he’s football slow and uses lazy terms things like “good bright” or “too spicy” when he means tangy or sour. Is he 9? Nope. He fricken 17 pulling this nonsense. Grow up Jackson. Stop being a baby. Anyway, these noodles were fine and had a good fake cheesy taste that we’re used to. Just don’t use so much water or it’s splashy.

My daughter is obsessed with Buldak ramen, so we’ve tried several kinds and this one is my favorite. I usually make mine by draining most of the water after cooking and leaving just enough to mix the seasoning and sauce into. It’s super creamy that way. If you can’t handle super spicy stuff, you won’t want to use the whole sauce packet it comes with. The heat level in this is about the same as most Buldak noodles. I prefer the texture of these noodles to your typical cheap ramen. Worth the price being a little higher than your average ramen. We’ve reordered these like ten times.

This is an honest review for someone who can eat some semi-spicy food, but it really isn't my thing. I prefer good flavor over to sweating like crazy. This ramen is pretty tasty and I like it, but even when using about 1/2 the sauce packet, it's still got plenty of kick to make me sweat. If that is what you like, then by all means, this is a good ramen. I Just wish they'd offer a spicy and mild version. I had tried this brand of ramen several years ago but couldn't remember fully how spicy it was until I got this, and it's probably one of the less spicy versions. I'm probably just a wimp, but hey, it's who I am! I'm giving this 4 stars because I'm rounding up. It's a 3.5 for me.

These are one of my favorite flavors from Buldak! I will say it's very spicy, but sometimes I'll just add half the packet. It's satisfyingly cheesy and delicious just how I like it. I also like to doctor it up by adding more different cheeses such as triple cheddar & ingredients like liquid seasoning, both garlic & onion powders to it for example, as I'm cooking it. It's very easy and convenient to make. Downside is that it's a little more on the expensive side when it comes to getting this brand for ramen, but man it's so worth it if you're into spicier dishes.

I've now tried the Rose, Carbonara, and Quattro Cheese flavours. By far, this one is the one I find most delicious, primarily because I can add the entire sauce packet (providing I use milk and throw in a little extra cheese) and not sweat buckets or feel like my mouth is on fire. So, if you struggle with spice, this is the flavour I'd pick. If you don't have milk/extra cheese, try starting with just half the sauce packet - I found it tolerable and quite tasty, although still a little hotter than I'd like. The noodles are almost the perfect texture and thickness, and it is very quick to cook. The only downside is that these are quiet expensive on Amazon, despite other flavours being sold for cheaper, at least at the time of this review. Edit: I've also now tried the Cheese and Cream Carbonara. This one remains my favourite. Cream Carb is the next best option if you hate spice - some people feel it is the mildest, although I lean to wards q.cheese still.
