I love that the screen size is a very sensible size, large enough to be usable, small enough to reach with one hand and fit in a packet. The battery life is great, I can run the GPS all day without recharging. It has a modern Android release and things like contactless payments just work. The customer support is top. I do a lot of outdoor sports and seem to be hard on phones. I've had this phone just over a year. At one point it started struggling to charge and the support team worked with me to get it repaired without sending it back, minimizing downtime and shipping. The second time I had trouble they quickly sent me a replacement in the UK. I mostly use US Mobile's "Dark Star" (connecting to ATT) and sometimes "Warp" (connecting to Verizon), both seem fine in the US and Europe.Things I don't love:- bulk (thickness and weight) makes it feel like a brick, but get that the battery has to go somewhere.- fact that I needed help from support, but I didn't get any help from Unihertz and Samsung when their phones broke in similar time scales, even within the warranty period.

I'm a professional handyman. My phone is a tool. This phone is awesome. Perfect for me. Small screen means less distraction. Long battery life means more reliability. The water and dust resistance means it can go everywhere I go. The durability means I don't have to worry about hanging it off the edge of the roof to get a picture of one of my jobs. It seems lightning fast and I'm looking forward to continuing to enjoy this phone. I just ordered the armor watch to go with it.

Small but thick, good battery life,

Awesome phone. Battery life has been great so far. Cameras are superb for my uses. Love the IR night vision. Best of all, I can actually use the phone without needing 7" thumbs. Thickness is. Thick. I think it fits perfectly in the Hand. Device came in what seemed to be manufacturer original packaging and worked perfectly with my T-Mobile SIM card. Hoping it lasts the test of time 🤞

The antenna quit working just after 5 months. It's not that rugged after all. Also the operating system has way to many unnecessary settings and starts out with controls that don't make sense so it's almost impossible navigate. I reinstalled the sim card in my old phone and verified it's not the sim card. Put the sim card back in the Ulefone and made sure it's not on airplane mode. I get half a bar max in prime locations that I get full bars with my other phone. $350 gimmick.

I had several tough phones in the past, but they all pale in comparison to the Ulefone Armor Mini 20 Pro. From the moment it came out of the box, you can tell it meant business. Yeah, it is a bit thicker than the average phone, but after just a day, it felt great in the hand. The OS works smoothly and is able to keep up with several tasks without lagging. It worked great with Tmobile, but apparently it does not well with other carriers. Transferring the info from my old phone was a snap, without any problems and the data transferred fast and completely. The battery life is where this phone really shines, it goes strong the whole day and with normal use can last a couple of days in between charges. The night vision camera works great and it has proven useful several times. Overall, this is an excellent phone for my needs. I was so impressed with this phone, that I ordered a different model for my son.

I was looking for a affordable durable phone that wasn't a "phablet" that I could actually fit in a jacket pocket. I like the screen size. So far, so good. Only issues are not with the phone - but with Android and moving/synching apps from my old Motorola. A little heavy, but I prefer that because I want to know where/in which pocket I have the phone. Runs all apps quickly, charges fast as well. The fingerprint reader, camera, flashlight all work very well. Sound quality and speaker are better than my last device - no complaints from callers. The slightly funky looks are OK with me because there's no mistaking it. I have all I need without paying an arm and a leg for it.

Small phone.. does not work on AT&T..smaller than I expected.. but has all the features it says..
