I was having a difficult time figuring out how to review this item and torn between 3-4 stars. I’m giving 3 simply because I’m unable to return it for a refund otherwise I’d have given 4 stars. I had an allergic reaction to this gummie supplement. I’ve taken capsules before of these separately but wanted one does without swallowing pills. Apparently and according to my doctor you can react to these in one form but not another due to binders and additives. Unfortunately Thats my case with these. If I’d have known that I would not have purchased however I do need to add that this does work. My sleep has been improved aside from the itching and mild hives (increasingly worsening as I didn’t realize this was an allergy to this item). Once discontinued those symptoms have gone. I’d advise to take this into consideration if you’re sensitive to certain additives which apparently I am I’m just learning for myself. I don’t regret the purchase just disappointed no return option.
