Q: why does the picture include a red and blue bottle? what's the difference and are we getting these two bottles?

Q: Can I refill this with regular hibiclens?

yes, absolutely, I filled mine with a bottle of regular that I had left, and it still pumps foam and spreads so much easier than the regular. I'd recommend it to anyone who has to use Hibiclens.

Q: Is this soap meant to be used everyday?

It will dry out your skin if used every day. You can while you have a flair up. Other wise a couple times a week is good.
