This is ideal. I needed a coarse grater but didn't want one that took up a ton of space like a bulky box grater. This fits nicely in the drawer and feels like a professional tool—very solid and doesn't flex while in use.The blades are incredibly sharp; it creates "fluffy mounds" of cheese rather than just squashing it. It is also super easy to clean and dishwasher safe. If you’re looking to save cabinet space without sacrificing quality, this is the one.P.S.
