Better than expected
Easy to put together and easy to make much lighter (not only the wheels go off, but you can unstrap the whole underneath base that holds the extension handle also), much appreciated by me, since I sometimes travel with my dog on airplanes. Love that it can be see-though, but the "drapes" can also go down.

this item is not fit for purpose
the item was described as having a comfortable fleece cushion , in fact it has a fleece (very thin) case with a wood insert???? not what i would describe as comfortable ,if I but a comfortable insert in the case there would not be enough room for my cat . I was unwell when the parcel arrived , and did not open the parcel for a while, I only missed the return date by a few days and feel i have been treated badly in this instance JN Hinchsliff

Great dog carrier
Took this to a dog show recently and it was fantasticMy chihuahua was safe and comfortable inside and it wheels along very easilyGreat place for the dog to rest while out all day and just lifts into the back of the car
