Good fitting back support. Comfortable to wear. Really helped ease the pain my husband was in with his back. Doesn’t restrict movement. The support is strong and material good quality. The Velcro is good quality and strong. Easy to put on and adjust by yourself, definitely value for money. Highly recommend for people with lower back pain or those who need extra support. Definitely works.

I’ve been laying on my back for 3 days, waiting for my lower back to recover. After a difficult drive over to my girlfriend’s house, where I had this delivered, I’ve been able to mow the lawn and sit in the sun! I literally can’t fault this, comfortable,supportive,easy to adjust,and it works! Get one.

I am a golfer and went through back surgery back in 2021 and since then I use belt to support and hold my back together. Though I tried so many , however I place this at the top ! Nice strong & support that helps me to play golf- painless .

I do a lot of lifting at work so put this on and it seems to do the job ..do t sit with it on though .

Firm and secure back support. The 3-D pad I find a little too thick but it gives effective relief. Seems well designed, well made and durable. The size I ordered fit perfectly, and can be adjusted from a light to firm fit

I don't often write reviews, but after several days of suffering from a severe sciatica flare up, this has made a genuine difference to me. I've been seeing a physio, but struggling to sleep, barely able to walk, or stand for any length of time and taking painkillers just to get through the day. I bought this on the off chance it would help and it really has. The additional support has made bending, sitting, driving much easier and almost entirely pain free. I've used this in combo with a leg/thigh strap too and gone from being constantly in pain with limited mobility to being able to move around much more freely and sit down without being in discomfort. One of the best purchases I've made.

Very good value, and it works , I get sciatica and this is good for holding your back in place , while iam moving around and doing my stretching to try and release the nerve well made you can remove the back plate , I would say when ordering if your close to the size increase get the next size up , they tell you that ,and I did and iam glad I did but iam very pleased with it and would 100 percent recommend this , if your in pain the twenty something pounds is nothing to get some relief,

Spinal stenosis and sciatica. Every specialist said the same thing – ‘if you find it more comfortable to stoop, then stoop’. It’s seductive advice, but I don’t like being an old guy who stoops. Being old I can’t help, but being old AND stooping I’m not yet quite ready for. So I thought I’d try this contraption. I’m 6’ 2”, and this was the deepest and strongest I could find on Amazon. It’s bulky, and wouldn’t fit inside trousers (unless, perhaps, you were a clown, which I’m not), or any jacket that I own. So, not for offices or rush hour City trains. Fortunately, I’m retired, so I dress casual. I suspect it probably wouldn’t be too clever for driving a car either, so I didn’t try. As a ‘posture corrector’ or ‘posture trainer’, this has been brilliant. Wear it for a few days, and it’s remarkable how much better one stands, and how much better one feels. I didn’t get to look like the guy in the ad, and my doc didn't cancel the pain blockers, but three days each week for three weeks and I felt like a new man – and the effect has lasted for a remarkably long time (six months, so far, with no need to repeat, yet). It has also meant that I’ve stopped using a walking stick, and that really is a game changer.

This back brace works very well to give your lower back that extra strength when you need it. I helped empty three storage lockers back to a house and never developed lower back pain. The side adjustment bands allow you to adjust the tension when needed with ease. Money worth spent for this brace.

Don' keep on all day, give it some rest! It helps amazingly!
