Wonderful story telling
I've rated the trilogy. In this review with 5 stars, all three books are well worth reading, and the storytelling allows your own imagination to run wild. The characters, the wonderfully described places, and the way

The ending of a series
I... Well. This is the end of a series, for sure. I really liked the trilogy, the characters, the writing. I usually hate multi pov stories, but most characters are very compelling. BUT! This feels a bit rushed. It's a 3.5 stars for me because of it. And also because I absolutely HATE the ending. I will not spoil, but that eas pretty botched in my opinion. It's a lukewarm ending, and clearly not intended to BE an ending, but a gateway (pun intended) to a sequel series. So I mostly recommend these books, but... yes, they leave a bitter taste in my mouth.

Epic
Thank you Jeff!!! These 3 books were fantastic. I enjoyed watching the characters grow together and towards their powers. I can honestly say that this series is one of the very best I have ever read. It's as good as the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings and would be an outstanding success in the movies. No cookie cutter basic fantasy here. You got it all, compelling heroes, unique magic and unimaginable lands with dwarves, elves, even some fae and brownies. I lingered over the ending. Wow, I didn't see all that coming! Can't wait to continue with your works.

An epic tale
This series was an epic story. Three books of nonstop action and adventure with a cast of valiant heroes and evil villains. I enjoyed it all and recommend it to all who like well written epic stories.

A compelling story.
Despite some incongruencies within the story, I thoroughly enjoyed reading the story of the first wizard. Some things don't quite add up, but let it slide and keep going and you will find this to be a fulfilling journey. Really nice writing despite the tiny flaws!

Good read
These books combine ideas similar to the Belgariad, Shanarra, and other stories. While this may lead you to think it is unoriginal, the author does a good job of making it unique. In this age it is almost impossible not to seen similar to someone.
