A good quality stylish lightweight backpack
This is a good quality lightweight backpack. I am going to use it mainly for weekends away, but it would equally well do for gym use. The manufacturer, Y1Sport, is focussed on hockey according to its website, and this pack has two velco adjustable loops intended for holding a hockey stick, but the pack is certainly suitable for wider use.The pack comes in minimal packaging reducing waste.I would not normally use this word to describe a backpack but it is really quite elegant in style. The listing indicates the fabric is canvas. The cloth is certainly that heavy duty style but overall weight suggests that it is synthetic rather than cotton - not a criticism just a point of clarity. The pack has 4 compression straps to squash things down if you need to, two on the back and two on one side. On the other side of the pack are the two adjustable velcro loops which is where the mention of holding your hockey stick comes from. That side is also fitted with a D ring holding a lightweight karabiner for keys or similar.Internally the pack is a single volume, but with provision of a laptop sleeve - the back of the pack is more than just fabric though, there is an element of foam padding provided. On the top and outer face of the pack there are zipped compartments for papers, documents, etcAll the fittings are plastic. All the stitching is nicely finished.SummaryThis is a well made back pack. It's stylish and lightweight and I think it's good value.

quality backpack
Accra Canvas Backpack is well designed and indeed well made from heavy duty canvas, smooth yet very solid and durable. It's spacious with 35L capability, again, due to great design. What is outstanding is the top bucket opening, such a convenient way to open and get everything with no effort, indeed a great experience.Quality zips and thoughtful pockets, all in all a quality canvas backpack to recommend.

What a great bag!
What a great bag! I am a big fan of bags with one large main compartment (I then use packing cubes), and this main compartment is a great size and has really easy access from the top. The other good things is that the bag isn’t tapered (so the opening at the top doesn’t compromise what you can put in it). The padded laptop section inside is perfect for my 13” MacBook Air and 12.9 iPad . The top of the bag has a really strong grab handle which is perfect for picking it up from the car or an aircraft cabin. The shoulder straps are nice and wide too, which means it doesn’t dig in when loaded up. There’s a really handy umbrella holder on the side and a couple of external pockets for things like power cables or travel documents and the bag feels strong and will last me a while. It looks great too!

Large top bucket opening is key attraction to otherwise standard bag
We have several similar bags used for light travel. Most have a flap to the main opening. This unusually has a large zipped top opening. I think the main attraction of the bag would be if this was a critical element to you. There are other straps on the side and front for holding umbrellas or camping gear.

Solid but not comfortable
I got this to review for my bike commutes I do in the morning, as I carry a lot of stuff to work and needed a better bag for my commute so thought this would fit the bill. It certainly is big and you can fit a lot in there. I can easily put my laptop clothes and lock etc into the bag and still have room spare. I like the solid feel of the bag and can see it lasting a while. My only gripe with it is that the straps are very uncomfortable on the bike. There’s no chest clips which I didn’t think would be an issue but with this bag it is. The straps are very wide and rub uncomfortably on my arms. Maybe in time they will give a little and become comfortable but I don’t have the patience for that so went back to my old bag for cycling. This will be handy for popping to the shops with and putting heavy items in it to carry home while walking.Overall I’m impressed with the materiel and quality, just for me it was a little uncomfortable.

Everyday Convenience
"Everyday Convenience with the Accra Backpack"I recently picked up the Accra Canvas Backpack, and it's been a reliable addition. Its heavy-duty construction looks durable, making it perfect for my occasional hikes. The spacious 35L capacity allows me to carry my laptop, work essentials, and even my gym gear. The large bucket opening at the top simplifies access to everything inside, which is a real-time save. Plus, the stick straps on the side make it easy to carry other things, eliminating the need for an extra bag. The small zip pocket for essentials is an added bonus, keeping my small items well-organized and within reach.
